Thank you to Craig Danielson for sending me Mayhaw Jelly to try. This is the first time that I’ve ever tried Mayhaw Jelly. It was delicious! It’s made from a variety of hawthorn berries that fall and ripen in May. That’s why they’re called Mayhaw.
