One thing that is really good to do when dealing with cats and training and socializing them is to remain calm at all times. Calm right down to your core. You have to feel the calm throughout your body. In order to do that, you have to get past the mind. The mind wants to fill your brain with fears and worries. You can’t be calm and give off a calm vibe if your mind is full of fears and worries. One of the best ways of clearing the mind is through meditation. By practicing meditation, one gets better and better at clearing the mind. Another, more quicker way for many people, is to enter a state of faith or trust, and trust that everything is always going to work out fine and be for the greatest good of all involved. Remember – if you can see it (visualization), and you believe it (affirmation), you can achieve it (manifestation). Only think about what you want. Never worry about what you don’t want.
